By entering the Aadhaar card number in the following two ways, new MSME registration is carried out—
A. PAN Card Registration or B. Registration Without a PAN Card
A. With PAN Card Registration:

The entrepreneur must fill in the ITR info.
- Step 4: "A message appears as "Udyam Registration has already been done through this PAN" once PAN details are entered, and the entrepreneur needs to press the "Validate PAN" button.
- Step 5: The Udyam Registration box will appear after PAN verification and the entrepreneurs need to fill in the plant or industry's details.
- Step 6: If the details are completed, the "Submit and Get Final OTP" button is pressed, the MSME is registered and a satisfactory registration message is shown with a reference number. The Udyam Registration Certificate is released after verification of registration, which may take a few days.

- Step 3: Once the PAN Verification page opens and it is reached an OTP is obtained. If the contractor does not have a PAN card, click on the "No" option under the heading "Do you have a PAN?" and then click the "Next" button.
- Step 4: The Udyam Registration page opens after the "Next" button is pressed, where the entrepreneur can enter his details and details about the plant or industry.
